Our premium Cell-to-Bottle Honey is harvested differently.
Instead of removing honey frames, uncapping them, spinning them in an extractor, collecting the honey in bulk, and combining multiple frames into a larger batch, we harvest this honey directly from individual Flow Frames.
When the honey is fully ripened and ready for harvest, the cells inside the frame are opened and gravity allows the honey to flow from the comb, through a closed collection tube, and into the bottle. Our Cell-to-Bottle process gives us the opportunity to harvest individual frames separately and preserve more of that individual harvest's character. That means one bottle may capture a particular moment in the season that can never be reproduced exactly again.
